Communication

A calendar of events is sent home with your child at the beginning of each term.  Every two weeks a "Court Circular" is issued keeping you up-to-date with everything that is going on at school.  A typical calendar of events for the school year would include school visits, class plays, class assemblies, a carol service, sports days, matches, K.C. Society events, parents' evenings, open days, etc.  We try to keep many channels of communication open all the time.  Of course any parent is free to contact the school to make an appointment to suit them at any time. 

Mrs. Easton is available at any time to talk to parents about problems, but where both parents are working or find it hard to see her during school time special arrangements can be made through the office.  Parents can approach a class teacher after class any day, telephone, email the class teacher directly and if the problem needs to be discussed without children present, a time can be quickly arranged.  Please feel free to go directly to the class teacher whenever necessary.  We provide many valuable opportunities for discussing your child's progress, and children will also bring home a twice yearly report.  Come and talk to us.  We like to work together.  We promise to listen sympathetically at all times and take whatever action is necessary.  We are here to help!
