Head's Welcome

When anyone visits Kingscourt they are always struck by its friendly atmosphere, the happiness of the children and the way in which they conduct themselves around the school.

 Kingscourt is a happy school and it is my main priority to see that all our children enjoy school and look forward to coming here each day. I believe that a child with a high self-esteem will want to learn and will want to succeed.

 We have a strong work ethic, which is coupled with good behaviour and discipline. As a result, the children are keen to work hard in a warm, friendly environment where expectations and boundaries are clear and well understood. At Kingscourt, we offer our children many opportunities to develop and to discover their talents and I am keen to see that all our pupils take full advantage of what we provide.

If you are considering the school as an option for your child, please make an appointment to see Kingscourt for yourself: visits normally last an hour which provides enough time for me to meet parents personally and for a guided tour of the school.
