Year 6 performance wows audiences

Kingscourt Runners Take On Clanfield Challenge

Runners of all ages from Kingscourt School took part in the second year of the popular event, the Clanfield Challenge last weekend. The Challenge comprises runs of 1K, 2K, 5K and 12K lengths running over a variety of terrains in village of Clanfield and surrounding areas. Whole School Runs to raise money for Water Aid UK

Every child from Kindergarten to Year 6 together with staff, pulled on their running shoes this morning to complete one, or two, circuits of our cross country course. Parents had kindly donated towards our Summer Term charity, Water Aid UK.  The international charity transforms lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation wherever it’s needed in the world.  Early donations amounted to over

A Colourful Performance from Y4 and Y5

A packed audience at Barton Hall was treated to a fantastically vibrant performance of ‘Ali Baba and the Bongo Thieves’ on Friday evening.  The large cast of Y4 and Y5 pupils took to the stage with enthusiasm and vigour as they threw themselves into the whirlwind tale of Ali Baba and his bid to resucue a princess, find the missing ruby and foil the evil


Comic Relief Cake Sale Success

Children at Kingscourt brought in a mountain of mouthwatering cakes and biscuits in order to help swell the coffers of national charity, Comic Relief today.
