A guided tour at a time to suit you
In addition to our open events, we offer private visits on a day and at a time to suit you. Your family will receive a guided tour by two of our older pupils who will answer any questions you may have about life at Kingscourt. During your tour, you will see activities and lessons in action and talk to teachers.
Headteacher, Mr Jamie Lewis will meet with you during your visit and discuss your individual circumstances and requirements.
Nursery Stay & Play
Bring your little one along to our free ‘stay and play’ morning sessions, full of fun and discovery linked to early years learning.
These themed sessions are open to any child aged three or four accompanied by a parent, grandparent or other guardian. They run from 9:30 – 11:00 am and the next date is:
Thursday, 7th March
Join us as we celebrate World Book Day with a special stay and play session themed around a pre-school storybook. Furthermore, we’ll be taking the fun outside into our private grounds with help from Kingscourt’s outdoor learning specialist. Please dress for the weather and come prepared for outdoor adventures. Not to be missed!
Booking is essential as places are limited. Use the form below or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Most children join us at Nursery, aged three or four, and these children are guaranteed a place in our Reception, which is the start of formal school. However, we do welcome children into Pre Prep or Prep providing there is space available in your child’s year group.
We invite children seeking admission into Pre Prep or Prep to join us for a taster day. This is the best opportunity for your child to get a feel for the school and allows us to get to know them a little better too.
During the taster day, your child will join the relevant class, meet their potential classmates and teacher and take part in a short assessment. On completion of a successful taster day and assessment, the admissions process continues.
